惡劣天氣下的聚會安排
1. 如果週日上午8:30時，八號風球或黑色暴雨警告處於生效狀態，則當天的主日崇拜、青少年和兒童聚會都改為下午5時開始，成人主日學取消。
2. 如果週日下午3時，八號風球或黑色暴雨警告處於生效狀態，則當天的全部聚會取消。
關於教會內進行商業或推廣活動的聲明
香港聖經教會禁止於教會聚會時間及地方範圍內（主日崇拜、團契、小組、課程、講座或外展活動等）進行各種形式的商業或推廣活動，包括商品、投資、地產、保險、服務、傳銷或直銷等。透過教會內部小組或事工電子通訊群組作商業或推銷活動也是不恰當的。
會眾間任何商業活動均與教會無關。
會眾不應刻意利用教會肢體關係和信任作為謀取個人利益的手段。若有人借用教會的人際關係向你推銷或者介紹任何涉及金錢交易的商品、計劃或服務，請務必謹慎，以免引致不必要的損失。如發現教會內有以上行為，請向教牧同工查詢。
教會裡的弟兄姊妹從事各類的工作，當中有任職推銷行業或開設公司，都有其正常的商業活動，但不應以教會為進行商業活動的場地。否則，無論出發點多麼善意，都有利用教會或以教會關係作為獲取個人私利之嫌。如有需要，請安排在教會聚會時間和場所之外私下進行。
關於會衆之間金錢借貸或饋贈行為的聲明
互相幫助是信徒實踐愛心的一種形式，但香港聖經教會不鼓勵弟兄姊妹之間有借貸行為。
會眾間的借貸和饋贈屬於個體之間的自願行爲，與教會無關。對於饋贈，如果接收方是教會内受薪同工，接收方需要依據教會人事制度執行。
弟兄姊妹需要留意，借貸行為可能是問題行為或習慣衍生的結果（例如：賭博、沉溺性消費），這需要進一步輔導或改正。
任何人不可運用弟兄姊妹的關係施予壓力要求對方給與借款。如有借款，建議簽寫明確借據、歸還期限，並有第三者作證。
如遇任何困擾或者觀察到會衆中存在不正常的借貸關係，可以向長老和傳道同工尋求幫助。
關於在教會内進行籌款活動的聲明
任何人士不論以公開或私下途徑在教會中直接向教會會眾進行籌款，必須事前得到堂會策略委員會的批准，並記錄於策略委員會的會議記錄中。

《帖撒羅尼迦前書》4:3神的旨意就是要你們成為聖潔，遠避淫行。
1 Thessalonians 4:3 It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality.
《以弗所書》5:3-5至於淫亂並一切污穢，或是貪婪，在你們中間連提都不可，方合聖徒的體統。淫詞、妄語，和戲笑的話都不相宜；總要說感謝的話。因為你們確實地知道，無論是淫亂的，是污穢的，是有貪心的，在基督和神的國裡都是無分的。有貪心的，就與拜偶像的一樣。
Ephesians 5:3-5 But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

Hong Kong Mandarin Bible Church (HKMBC) is committed to maintaining a sexual-harassment-free environment for its staff, ministerial co-workers, service providers, congregation and guests, and will strive to prohibit and to never tolerate any act of sexual harassment within the church.
性騷擾的表現形式是多種多樣的，既包括任何不符合《聖經》教導的、涉及性的口頭討論、淫褻笑話、書面評論、不雅圖片以及肢體接觸，也包括任何由於該等行徑對他人造成的性道德方面的滋擾或負面感受。性騷擾的定義，既適用於男性，也適用於女性。
Sexual harassment may exist in various forms, including not only oral discussions, course jokes, written comments, indecent pictures and physical touching, each of a sexual nature, not in conformity with the Bible teachings, but also the offensive effects and negative feelings of a sexual morality nature caused by any such conduct on other people. By definition, sexual harassment applies to men as well as to women.
香港聖經教會鼓勵性騷擾的投訴人直接向騷擾者表示該等行為不受歡迎，並要求騷擾者立刻停止此等行為。投訴人亦可向其信任的教會牧師、長老、傳道尋求協助，教會將嚴肅認真處理該等投訴，投訴人也有權按照香港法律程式直接向有關政府執法機構尋求協助。具體牧師、長老、傳道的聯絡方式，可向辦公室幹事同工索取。
HKMBC encourages any whistle-blower subject to any sexual harassment to directly express his/her objection to such unwelcome conduct, and to demand its immediate cessation. Such whistle-blower may also seek assistance from his/her trusted church pastor, elder or minister in such a situation, and HKMBC shall seriously and earnestly deal with such allegation. In addition, the whistle-blower is entitled to seek assistance directly from the law-enforcement authorities in accordance with of the applicable legal procedures in Hong Kong.
